Construction Project Management

Keating GLOBAL construction project management role is to plan, monitor and control all aspects of the construction project, to co-ordinate and motivate the design and construction teams and to ensure delivery of all the clients’ objectives and priorities.

We can take on the task of the contract administration of the project for our client, acting as the informed link between the client and the design, construction teams. Our pivotal role is to be a single point of communication with the responsibility for ensuring the delivery of a successful project management.

We can provide a full service but will also provide support to enable our clients to adjust to variations in workload, for example, where there are ambitious deadlines, or simply to help our clients overcome internal resource issues.

A consistent strategy is established for total project management and cost control. We co-ordinate each elemental design and construction stage, working throughout with every member of the project team and to achieve critical project milestones, final handover and commissioning of the project.
